A true British footwear icon; Long Wingtip Brogue. Our classic design, built on an archived last, nods to the military heritage with the smart heel stripe and Thomas Partridge wings.

Pembrey is our long wingtip brogue, we have it in three colour options giving you the best choice for the occasion.

The long wing tip brogue has notable differences from other brogue styles; its pointed toecap with wings or extensions that run up both sides of the toe. Viewed from above the toecap appears to have a W shape, similar to that of a bird with extended wings; hence the name Wing tip.

Our Thomas Partridge Pembrey full brogue has both perforated and serrated edges along the toe cap and vamp, as well as decorative perforations along the top line. We also carry across the standard attributes of all TP shoes, extra soft padding in the tongue as well as the collar and extra comfort foot bed.

The Pembrey Brogue, like all the Thomas Partridge shoes, takes its name from British Royal Air Force bases, RAF Pembrey in Carmarthenshire. Used throughout WWII as a full working base it is now used as a service facility with the RAF unit known as Pembrey Sands.

Inspired by heritage, engineered for comfort.

What would Tom wear?

Brogues have such heritage its best to stay clear of casual sportswear and stick with the tailored suits and smart jeans.

The full Tan Pembrey is best with lighter shaded suits, for summer parties without being too formal.

Brown brogues, rather than Tan, are great as you can combine them with practically any outfit all year round.

The Chestnut & Chocolate is your best bet if you are new to brogues, these can be easily worn with grey suits as well as dressed down in Jeans & Chinos.

The darkest option we currently stock is the Chocolate & Black Pembrey; these are for the occasions you need to look at your sharpest!

Brogues are an absolute staple to any man’s wardrobe and to explore our Pembreys more, check out the Tom’s Tech page to see how our shoes are crafted with comfort & style in mind!
