Delivery and Returns
Orders made before Wednesday 19th December will be posted on Next Day delivery, any orders made after this time will not be sent until Tuesday 2nd January 2019.
For UK and Northern Ireland customers ordering online, postage and packaging will be £4.95. At the moment we are unable to process overseas.
Our normal delivery period is 5 to 7 working days from date of order. Our chosen delivery partners for the UK are DPD. Whilst the DPD service does allow for items to be left in the porch, garage, shed etc, this is entirely at your risk and no responsibility will be accepted by us nor DPD for lost parcels. While we aim to deliver your goods as soon as possible some items may be out of stock and/or awaiting delivery to our depot. In most cases orders should be received within a maximum of 14 working days. We will endeavour to contact you should any delay occur with your order.
We want you to love your shoes but we understand if you change your mind or they do not fit as well as you would like.
Please include your returns form, without this we are unable to process your return.
If you’re looking to return a faulty/incorrect item, please use the barcoded return label you will have received with your original order, then return it via the DPD Pickup points.

We will, at our own discretion, accept returns provided the item/(s) are unused, in their original packaging (undamaged) and are in a saleable condition. We are happy to offer you a refund for the cost of the shoe or an exchange for the same price as original purchase.
